Brian Regan

Brian Regan is a seasoned MedTech professional with a record of successfully delivering investor value. Recent commercial accomplishments include leading strategy and professional relations at Sight Sciences, Inc., through its +$1 billion IPO. And, as a member of the management committee at TearScience, Inc., he led global marketing and market development through the +$200 million acquisition and integration by Johnson & Johnson in 2017-18. Previously Brian was tapped for turnaround of the Intacs surgical technology, successfully repositioning it for humanitarian use in invasive cornea disease and subsequent strategic acquisition. Earlier career leadership positions with NovaMed, Inc., with Schering Plough pharmaceuticals (Merck), and as brand manager at the Quaker Oats Company (Pepsi), provided refinement of his global commercial expertise. Brian holds a BBA from Loyola University of Chicago and Masters from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

Jai G. Parekh, MD, MBA

Jai G. Parekh, MD, MBA, an accomplished Anterior Segment Eye Surgeon, serves as the Co-Founder of EyeCare Consultants of NJ and holds the position of Clinical Associate Professor at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai, NY.  With a distinguished career, Dr. Parekh has also served as the Chief Medical Officer at Allergan Eye Care from 2015 to 2020. His expertise spans both clinical and academic practice as well as technology and innovation, all of which reflect his commitment to advancing eye care and ophthalmology.

David Eichenbaum, MD

Dr. David Eichenbaum, MD, stands as a distinguished professional in the field of ophthalmology, currently holding the dual roles of Partner and Research Director at Retina Vitreous Associates of Florida. Widely recognized as a global collaborator and thought leader, Dr. Eichenbaum brings a wealth of expertise to the forefront of his specialty. Simultaneously, he holds the esteemed position of Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of South Florida, contributing to both clinical and academic realms. In his capacity as Partner and Research Director, Dr. Eichenbaum actively shapes advancements in retinal care, utilizing his global collaborations to stay at the forefront of innovative practices. His multifaceted roles underscore a commitment to excellence in patient care, research leadership, and education, solidifying his position as a respected figure in the ophthalmological community.

Arshad M. Khanani, MD. MA. FASRS

Dr. Arshad M. Khanani is a distinguished figure in ophthalmology, holding key roles as Managing Partner, Director of Clinical Research, and Director of Fellowship at Sierra Eye Associates. Concurrently, he serves as a Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine. Dr. Khanani is the visionary founder of Sierra Eye Associates’ clinical research department, now a leading center in the nation with his oversight. Renowned as a principal investigator for over 100 clinical trials, he excels as a top enroller in multiple Phase 1-3 trials. Dr. Khanani has pioneered surgical procedures in groundbreaking clinical trials related to sustained delivery and gene therapy. With a prolific publication record exceeding 100 scientific articles, he actively contributes to advancing retinal disease treatments. Dr. Khanani’s influence extends globally, participating in clinical trial steering committees and scientific advisory boards. Recognized as a Macula Society and Retina Society member, he has earned accolades, including the Healthcare Heroes Physician of the Year award in 2019 and the ASRS Presidents’ Young Investigator Award in 2021.
